One of the perks of social media is when really, really good information is shared among like minded people. I came across this video; it had been posted on Facebook, and it has done more that just capture my attention, it has been on my mind on a daily basis since I watched it. There is so much depth of wisdom in it - I think it's a video that can teach me about the need to share my story, and can teach others about how to be present to another person's pain. I would love to hear comments and discussion on what touched you, or rang true in your own heart. Enjoy and share. Namaste. (If the video doesn't show up, you can find it here).

Indeed, the freedom to carry our joy & grief at the same time. The journey of life when walking with grief can be rocky....&... bumpy & much much more but to sieze a moment of joy, laughter, love, peace, courage, hope and to recognize these moments can help us to walk with the grief and perhaps give us a moment of lightness and to "see" that lightness.

I love her recommendation " to meet them where they are at". How precious to have someone just meet you where you are at and be with you there, for even just a little while.
