What is your refund policy? 
There are no refunds for this course. Please read these FAQs to ensure you understand what you are purchasing, and consider your selection carefully before you register. This policy is in place due to the nature of this online format - once you make your purchase, all content is downloadable and available to you indefinitely. As such, it is not possible to revoke your access to the material, nor is it possible for me to provide monetary refunds, due to the administrative burden required to process them. What if I have technical problems? All content is hosted on the Ruzuku.com platform, and Ruzuku offers great technological support for participants. Upon registration, you will be given information about how to access Ruzuku support for technological issues.
What language is this program in?
All material is in English.
how do I pay? 
Payment is made through Stripe and is in Canadian Dollars.  The price of the course will be converted to local currency when you pay for the course. 
What system requirements do I need for this course?
You will need a computer that allows you to view PDF files, listen to audio (MP3s), and view videos (MP4). Being a web-based application, the latest version (or the one before that) of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome or a modern mobile browser such as Mobile Safari is required to view the videos. If your computer is up-to-date there should be no issues.

There is downloadable content so being able to download PDFs, audio and video will be an asset. You will also need an email account for registration confirmation, receipt of your purchase and notifications about the program. You will be required to make a Ruzuku account (which is the platform the content is hosted on) and you will be guided through that process upon registration. 


can i share my password or downloads with a friend so they can view the materials? 
Your registration provides you to hold one copy of the material for your personal use. Please do not share your password, or any content with anyone who has not paid to access the program. I ask that you respect the work, time and resources that I have invested in the creation of these sessions.   Thank you.
i am a yoga teacher or grief educator. can i use this material in teaching?
For any use of materials beyond your own  personal reflection, please email Sandy to request permission.  Generally, if you would like to share one of the ideas presented I ask that you include full attribution and copyright information, however, it is dependant on the context and extent of what you want to share, so please get in touch with me. Further, In the creation of this online content, I have cited, referenced and received permission to use content from other yoga instructors, grief care providers and authors. Please be mindful and respectful of all copyright restrictions. 
how long do i have access to the material for?
As long as you maintain your Ruzuku account you will have access to the material indefinitely. Most content is downloadable as well, giving you continuing access. If this every changes, I will contact you. 
what do I need to begin?
Once you click "Register" you will be directed set up your Ruzuku account (enter your name, email and create a password) and pay with Stripe. Once that is done you can begin immediately. 
i registered for an online class but haven't received any information yet! 
Please check your spam folder! Moments after you submit your payment an automatic confirmation is sent to you as well as your receipt. This confirmation will have your class access information. Also, please ensure that the email address you used to register in the class, is the same one you want your materials and notifications sent to. 
I noticed you use the amazon associate program. What is that?
Throughout this course, I link books for purchase on Amazon.ca as an Amazon Associate. What this means is that Yoga for Grief Support earns a very small percentage of the amount of your Amazon order when you click the link to purchase the book. This is like a "referral fee" that Amazon pays, and is at no extra cost to you. The funds received from this are funnelled directly back into the Yoga for Grief Support Online programming. 
How is the online course set up?
The Audio practice is simply a guided relaxation series. Once you purchase it, you can listen to it forever  - just log back onto the Ruzuku platform, or download the files.
My grief isn't related to a death, can I still benefit from this program?
Although the language I use throughout the program is related to death loss, you will still find the general information about grief helpful. 
what props do i need for these classes? 
The only thing you will need for the guided relaxation, is a quiet and comfortable space to be in.
